If you are wondering where and when this award was bestowed on him, the details are as follows.

Eastern Eye, a London based weekly conducted a survey to find who the sexiest Asian guy was and guess what RK has surpassed both John Abraham and Hrithik Roshan as per the survery.

While John finished second, Hrithik took the third spot, the R&B star Jay Sean came fourth and Ali Zafar, the Pakistani singer occupied the fifth spot. I wonder what’s happened to Salman in the poll.

Anyway, one thing is for sure, Ranbir has occupied a lot of hearts though, Deepika definitely is not one among them.

Although Anurag Basu is going all out talking about his forthcoming movies Silence and the biopic on Kishore Kumar — both of which feature Ranbir Kapoor in lead roles — the fact of the issue is that Ranbir Kapoor is no longer eager to do either of the movies, particularly after he saw the fate of Kites which was Basu’s previous venture.Our source said, “Ranbir Kapoor was supposed to begin Silence previous this year.However, it is yet unclear and no statement has been made by Ranbir about doing the film. Although Basu claims that the casting is in progress, none of the actresses seem to be coming forward to sign the movie.

Basu is just giving interviews so that the movie remains in the news which is odd behaviour, coming from a talented director like him.Also, Ranbir is showing no signs of allotting any dates and the film is far from underway.”So will Ranbir Kapoor break his silence and talk about the movie he is doing or in this case, not doing?

Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan and Ranbir Kapoor will share screen space in the Hindi remake of Bengali film, ‘Autograph’.In the movie, Shahrukh Khan will be seen in the role of a fading actor and Ranbir Kapoor a young director. In the original version, actorof Bengali cinema Prosenjeet has played the lead part. Directing by Srijit Mukherjee and produced by Madhu Mantena.

Mantena doesn’t deny the remake plans. “I think the era of remakes from regional languages into Hindi is back.We just need to make sure the regional flavour is not lost in Hindi. Ghajini was a smash-hit Telugu to Hindi remake. I am talking to at least five major Tamil-Telugu blockbuster directors about making their own films in Hindi.” But the transition has to be complete.

“As much as we would have liked Prosenjeet to play the celebrity in the Hindi adaptation, it won’t work.

Bollywood actor  Ranbir Kapoor has never been one to dole out favours to his family. Many from within the Kapoor family as well as those linked with the Kapoors long to have him in their movies, but Ranbir remains elusive. According to reports, Ketan wants to cast Ranbir for his next project. But Ranbir has said that at this period of his career, he will not take up a film unless it boosts his career.”Not only is Ranbir Kapoor one of my favourite actors, but he is also extremely focused in his work,” Ketan has said.The filmmaker added: “I have seen a couple of scripts, but none are right for Ranbir. I am scouting for something that would be at par with his calibre.”

Desai feels both Ranbir and his cousin Kareena have kept the Kapoor tradition alive. Strangely though, he has no intention to approach Bebo for his forthcoming films.
